She died the year after this performance. She was from my hometown and I was lucky enough to see her perform in Rockford once.

The obvious follow-up. She's been gone a little over a year. I saw her probably five times at least between Broadway and other venues. Music Man, She Loves Me, Nine. Where's Charley, Death Takes a Holiday.

Rebecca Luker's top role was Lily in The Secret Garden. Love that show.

R2 (R1 here). I wish I had seeni it live I have a bootleg of it along with The Sound of Music and Mary Poppins. I wish I'd gone to see Fun Home when she came in as the mother. Wish I had seen the revival of Show Boat that she was in too.

Christine Andreas is another one with a beautiful voice.

Carolee Carmello, another great one I've seen a bunch of times. On the 20th Century (L.A.), Sister Act, Scandalous, Finding Neverlanf, Tuck Everlasting. I didn't see Marin in Kiss Me Kate but I did see Carolee. I prefer her over Kelli O'Hara.

Speaking of Fun Home, Judy Kuhn has one of the great Broadway (and Disney) voices ever.

Marin's widower, Jason Danieley, is happily involved in a new relationship.

R7 I saw Judy in the Encores revue "Hey Look Me Over" ( which Carolee Carmello sang). Judy's rendition of Once Upon a Time from All American was the best part of the show.
