It's fine if they BOTH are in agreement.
However, one partner does not get to dictate the end of the other partner's sex life. It would be grounds for ending the relationship, but not grounds for cheating. You make a decision about the tradeoffs of maintaining the relationship and decide accordingly.

If they found a growth of precancerous cells, he had a DNA test showing a proclivity for cancer, or a blood relative came down with a tumor, he might want to stop testosterone because it speeds them up aggressively. Some of the side effects are quite daunting….

I saw his show in Vegas. He kept gay baiting throughout the entire show, making comments about how he “loves turning the straight ones!” and wearing a pink feather boa. There was also some strange bit before the show with someone dressed as an old movie palace usher going through the crowd with flowers and balloons (Mylar letters G, A, Y) yelling “delivery for Mister Robbie Williams!”
It was all very odd.
When he dropped the “is he gay?” bits (something he’s been doing his entire career) from the act and just sang/performed, he was actually not half bad.
But, a weird night all around.
