I mean, DUH. He's a grifting fraud. He got wealthy by manipulating data to mislead investors and then selling out before it was discovered and the bottom fell out. He's a criminal. A conman. Of COURSE he's engaged in insider trading. And a dozen other crimes I'm sure.

This. I’m just shocked that he hasn’t already been investigated and indicted. The facts surrounding the failed Alzheimers drug that he bought and promoted — before he walked away — sure sounds like a classic case of fraud.

He's the latest shiny objects, so of course the legacy media have been slow to take a good look at him. They also don't do well with number or finance----Romney's vulture capitalism never received the full examination it deserved. An nonprofit outlet like ProPublica will need to break the case and that kind of journalism is resource intensive (actual research rather than tapping the usual sources).
