Robert A. M. Stern's Villanova Heights subdivision in the Bronx

The entire 15-home enclave is being offered for $120 million.

Almost two decades ago (if not longer, cannot recall), A.M. Stern and his partner Gary L. Brewer got an idea to recreate sort of homes that were built in early part of last century before say WWII.

The rest as they say is history.....

Area in question is part of Riverdale in Bronx named Fieldston, which is very tony, and about as upscale as one can get from South Bronx.

For almost two decades A.M. Stern and others involved have been trying to make "Villanova Heights" happen, but for various reasons things just have not clicked, and many properties remain unsold. Hence this bulk "fire sale" if you will

Properties in question are not that bad IMHO.

Thing is asking was about $7 million for each property, that is a bit steep for the Bronx.
