I could never place Goofy’s accent, or Droopy Dog. Other than being from some Flyover rural state. What do you think? Also, Foghorn Leghorn sounds ‘southern’ but there’s something grand about his accent, is that an upper class southern accent Blanc did for him?

Foghorn Leghorn has an upper class Kentucky "bluegrass" accent.
Goofy has a Dust Bowl "Okie" accent.
Droopy is a bit of a mystery, but it's probably Mississippi.

Foghorn Leghorn's accent (and a lot of his word usage, in general) were "borrowed" from Senator Claghorn, a character on Fred Allen's long-running radio show.
