'Joe Exotic', who is serving time behind bars, says his prostate cancer has spread to his bladder, and doctors don't believe time is on his side. But he's OK with that - he has refused medical treatment, and has decided to let the cancer 'take its course' while he's in prison. Joe said he has seen a lot of blood in his urine, lately - his urologist believes he now has bladder cancer.
It's unclear just how much longer Joe has to live, but he makes one thing very clear -- he won't stop his fight for justice, saying, “The world has to know just how corrupt our justice system is … If I have to be the one to die innocent in here fighting for the truth maybe people around the world will finally speak up for the truth for once.”
Just a few weeks ago, Joe re-wrote his will and has left 'everything' to his handsome young 'fiance' Seth Posey, whom he met on-line. The fifty-nine year old wrote in a letter recently, "I could care less about dying, my birthday is coming up soon and all I want is to see Seth.”

According to Seth's Facebook Page, his relationship status is 'single'. Joe says he's engaged to him, and calls him his fiance. I think there's some miscommunication between the two - they may need a 'relationship counselor' before they get hitched.
