That's probably the better option R8. But Grant would be a nice nod to the Arrowverse and might make them a bit of money. Then he can go back in time for some Flashpoint nonsense and erase all the previous movies.

I always wondered why Page has so much woke credit. First he bearded when he (back then she) was the new shiny thing at Hollywood. Second, he said he always felt like boy but he came out as lesbian, and he was not a kid back then.
The fact that he is a midget doesn't help to get those kind of roles.
I never understood why they didn't gave the role to Grant Gustin who was playing the character successfully on tv. It's not that Ezra Miller had any star power (he had a very interesting career when he was young but that's all)

"cis" became a thing in order to make "cis women" an oppressor class of "trans women" who therefore must listen to them and let them dictate terms.
"cis men" is also used as an oppressor class of "trans men" but people don't care about it as much.
If you've been on Twitter or social media really you know "cis" is used as a perjorative, people who can't possibly understand trans and who live normal lives free from torment and mental issues.

R41 the superhero fans would not be happy and the turnout for such a movie, if it ever happened (it won't, this is just a trans fantasy probably prompted by her PR) would be markedly lower. A big portion of the superhero film fanbase is straight men, and it would be panned in right wing media as grooming or something the same way that the new Buzz Light-year movie was. And they won't show up for it.

They sorta acknowledged the Arrowverse when they had Ezra cameo in the Crisis crossover but Zack Snyder has said that he doesn't want Grant Gustin and his version of the Flash to replace Ezra Miller even if thinks Grant is personslly a really nice guy.
